2009 - Hunter Water - Raymond Terrace Waste Water Treatment Works in Detail
Based on our previous performance for Hunter Water and our competitive tender we were awarded the contract for the Upgrade to the Raymond Terrace Waste Water Treatment Works in early 2009.
This project involved:
- Biological Reactor Extension
- Repair of Inlet Works balance tank and biofilter
- Aeration Carousel Upgrade
- New Clarifier
- UV Disinfection Upgrade
- Aerobic Digestor Aeration System
- New Septage Receival Facility
- Replace Amenities and Control Building
- Replace Biosolids outloading
- Install Support works and pipework

Installation of Gongues designed drybox for cut-in of live tank.

Inlet works bypass pipework being installed during nightworks shutdown.

Installation of Co-lining system on inlet works walls after concrete repair.

Excavation for clarifier within sheet piles. Due to water table height dewatering was required during construction.
